RETURN POLICY
We offer a happiness guarantee and want to make sure you leave loving your new MANDRN product. If you've received a product and It doesn't live up to your expectations, or you don't love it within 30 days we will gladly accept a return for a full refund (minus return shipping label costs if we generate a label).
Returns only apply to unused products with tags & accessories attached!
US Returns & Exchanges:
To request a return, please visit our Returns portal and follow the instructions. Please have your order number and email ready. Please note that we'll provide a return shipping label for $12, and this is non-refundable from your final refund amount.
For our CAD customers, we are now generating return/exchange labels; please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions. You can manually ship your item and all accessories (tags and dust bag) to the following address using your preferred shipping courier:

If you opt to ship the box yourself (to the above-mentioned location), please provide us with the tracking number so we know when to expect it. All return requests will be processed within 10 business days of their arrival at the warehouse.
REST OF THE WORLD Returns and Exchanges:
We do not provide a return label for international return requests (customers pay the shipping cost and return the item to us using a carrier of their choosing). You may use your preferred courier to ship the bag and any accessories (hang tag and dust bag) to the same address mentioned above in Canada policy. Please do not forget to include a note of your ORDER NUMBER and NAME inside the package for us to quickly handle your return.
REFUNDS
We offer full refunds (minus shipping return label costs) after your return item has been inspected by our warehouse team and is in perfect condition. If we generated a return label for you, we will deduct the shipping label amount from your refund amount.
Please allow for up to 10 business days for our team to inspect your item and refund your original purchase method.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer 1-free exchange and after that, you will be charged an exchange label fee for shipping for each additional exchange. ($12 in the US and $20 in CAD). International exchanges must be returned and repurchased.

- To receive your exchange product immediately, please go through our return portal to return your other bag here, and make a new purchase for your exchange item- we will refund you the returned product and waive the shipping label of the exchange once our team inspects the product

Please note, we will accept international exchanges, however, we can recommend placing your new order now to reserve the item of your choice and send your current item back in the meantime, as it can take some time to receive your item.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
Our happiness guarantee policy covers any faults in workmanship or material within 12 months of purchase.
This warranty does not cover leather damage that is a result of accident, neglect, normal wear-and-tear, or other factors not related to defects in materials or workmanship.
1-YEAR QUALITY WARRANTY POLICY
After one year if any hardware or functionality of your product breaks, send us a note at customerhappiness@mandrn.com and we'll make it better!
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
It may take some time before your refund is processed by your institution and posted to your account. If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we request that you first check all possible payment method accounts once more.
From there, contact your payment card company, followed by your bank. If you’ve completed these steps and have still not received your refund, send an email to customerhappiness@mandrn.com and we’ll look into it.
