Return Policy
RETURNS
Our happiness guarantee was created to make sure you love your new MANDRN purchase. If it’s not a perfect match, you can return it within 30 days of your order being fulfilled for a full refund (minus a restocking fees of $12 USD for U.S. orders and $20 CAD for Canadian orders, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount).
Please note that package protection and shipping fees are non-refundable, and we can only accept returns for unused items with tags and accessories still attached.
Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. Your refund or new item will be sent back to you once the request has been processed.
HOLIDAY SALE
All sale items purchased during our VIP, Black Friday and holiday sales are final sale, with no returns or exchanges possible.
US RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To request a return or exchange, head to our returns portal and follow the instructions. You’ll need your order number and the email address used to place the order. If you’ve requested a refund, please note that a restocking fee of $12 USD will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
CANADIAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re excited to now be able to generate return/exchange shipping labels for our Canadian customers too. To request a return or exchange, head to our returns portal and follow the instructions with your order number and email address ready. If you’ve requested a refund, please note that a restocking fee of $20 CAD will be deducted from your total refunded amount. You can also use your preferred shipping courier to ship your item (including all accessories, tags and dust bags) to the following address:

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we are not able to provide return or exchange shipping labels for our international customers outside of the U.S. and Canada. Using your preferred shipping courier, you’ll need to ship the unused items (including all accessories, tags and dust bags) to the address below. Please note that you will also need to cover any related shipping fees.

REFUNDS
If your new item isn’t a perfect match, you can return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (minus a restocking fees of $12 USD for U.S. orders and $20 CAD for Canadian orders, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount).

Once our team has inspected and approved your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original purchase method. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse for your refund to be issued.

EXCHANGES
US & CANADIAN ORDERS
For our customers in the U.S. and Canada, we offer one free exchange per order (where we provide you with a free shipping label). After the first exchange, any additional exchanges will be charged a restocking fee of $12 USD for U.S. orders or $20 CAD for Canadian orders.
To make an exchange, visit our returns portal to return your original item and make a new purchase for your replacement item. We’ll refund your original purchase and waive the restocking fee once the returned item is processed and approved at our warehouse.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you’d like to exchange something from an international order, you must return your item (following the return instructions above) and purchase a new one instead. Rest assured we’re working on international shipping labels, but as a small business, this takes some time!
As it may take longer for us to receive your returned item, we recommend placing your new order ASAP (rather than waiting for the refund to be processed) to make sure your replacement item is still available.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
It may take some time before your refund is processed by your bank and posted to your account. If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

Recheck all possible payment method accounts.

Contact your payment card company, followed by your bank.

If you’ve completed these steps and have still not received your refund, email customerhappiness@mandrn.com and we’ll look into it.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Our happiness guarantee (or warranty policy) covers any faults in workmanship or material within one year of your purchase.
It does not cover leather damage resulting from an accident, neglect, normal wear-and-tear or other factors unrelated to material or workmanship defects.
WARRANTY POLICY
Within one year of purchase, if any hardware or functionality of your product breaks, send us a note at customerhappiness@mandrn.com and we'll make it better!
