Shipping Policy

General Information

Free shipping does not apply during sale periods unless explicitly stated in the sale terms. During sales, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center in Pennsylvania, USA using 100% carbon-neutral shipping. We offset the carbon emissions of each shipment by purchasing verified carbon credits that support reforestation projects in Brazil.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only. Orders require 1–2 business days of processing before dispatch, in addition to the courier’s delivery timeframe. Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods are outside of our control.

For international orders (including Canada), duties and taxes are not included in shipping rates. Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by local customs authorities. Please review the Duties & Taxes section below for important information regarding refused shipments and return responsibilities.


United States Shipping

Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)

  • Free on orders $150 USD and up

  • $6.99 on orders $0–$99.99

  • $12.99 on orders $100 and up

Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

  • $19.99 on orders $0–$99.99

  • $24.99 on orders $100 and up


Canada Shipping

All Canadian orders ship Duties & Taxes Not Included (DDU). Customs clearance times are not included in delivery estimates.

Worldwide Expedited (2–7 business days)

  • Free on orders $250 USD and up

  • $26.00 on orders $0–$224.00

Please note that duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.


International Shipping (Rest of World)

All international orders ship Duties & Taxes Not Included (DDU). Customs processing times vary by country and may take several days up to multiple weeks.

Worldwide Expedited (2–7 business days)

  • Free on orders $300 USD and up

  • $26.00 on orders $0–$399.00


Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments

All international orders (including Canada) are shipped Duties & Taxes Not Included (DDU). This means that any import duties, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused Packages

If a customer refuses to pay duties and/or taxes and the shipment is rejected or returned by customs:

  • MANDRN is not responsible for return shipping fees

  • MANDRN will not cover any customs, brokerage, or return charges

  • The customer is fully responsible for all costs associated with returning the package to our warehouse

If a package is returned to us due to refusal of duties and taxes, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or handling fees will be deducted from the refund. If the return costs exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued.


Returning a Refused Shipment

If you choose to return your package after refusing duties and taxes, the shipment must be sent back to our warehouse at your own expense.

Packages returned without this information may experience delays or may not be eligible for processing.
