RETURN POLICY

We offer a happiness guarantee and want to make sure you leave loving your new MANDRN product. If you've received a product and It doesn't live up to your expectations, or you don't love it within 30 days we will gladly except a return for a full refund (minus return shipping label costs if we generate a label).

Returns only apply to unused products with tags & accessories attached!

We offer 1 free exchange for all US purchases! 

We do not offer a refund for any package protection purchased to protect your order.

HOLIDAY SALE RETURN POLICY

All sale items purchased during our VIP, Black Friday and holiday sales are final sale, with no returns or exchanges possible.

We only issue US return labels not international return labels.

We believe you will love using our products as much as we enjoy creating them. If you're not completely satisfied with your MANDRN bag, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after you receive it. If we produce a return label for a US client, we will take the $12 label fee from the final refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (dust bag). Every return, must include the order number and email address in the packaging box.

Please note: We do not issue Canadian and International Return labels, and are responsible for shipping back the return/exchange with a carrier of your choice back to us.

Damages and Issues 

Within 12 months after purchase, our happiness guarantee policy covers any flaws in workmanship or material. This guarantee does not cover leather damage caused by accident, neglect, normal wear and tear, or any other circumstances unrelated to faults in materials or workmanship.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.


US Returns & Exchanges:

To request a return, please visit our Returns portal and select the “Returns” option. Please note that we'll provide a return shipping label for $12, and this is non-refundable.

Once you have submitted a return request, and it's been approved, we will generate a return shipping label to easily return your item. Refund shipping costs are non–refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount. In the US the shipping label will cost $12 for our team to generate it for you.

Should you choose to return the item using a carrier of your choice,  please make sure to include a note in the return your order number and if you want to return/exchange- for what product so our team can easily identify it.

Please ship the product back in original packaging tags and with all inserts, include your name and order number written in the box and ship it to:

REFUNDS

The whole return & refund process will take up to 10 business days to complete. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If you are authorised, your original payment method will be instantly refunded.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

If we generated a return label for you, we will deduct $12 for the shipping label from your refund amount and we don't refund package insurance to you.
Please note, MANDRN reserves the right to refuse any refund or service for any given reason.

EXCHANGES 

*Please note complimentary shipping for exchanges is for United State customers only. If you live outside of the US, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of postage.

Exchange process for United State Customers:

We offer 1 exchange free for all local US orders, after will be charged $12 for shipping for each additional exchange. 

      • To receive your exchange product immediately, please go through our return portal to return your other bag here, and make a new purchase for your exchange item- we will refund you the return product and waive the shipping label once our team inspects the product
      • Or email customerhappiness@mandrn.com to process your exchange and send you a return label for your current return product 

Exchange process for International Customers: 

All international exchange postage must be paid by the customer.

If you want your exchange order quicker, we can recommend placing your new order now to reserve the item of your choice and then send your return item back to us. Once we receive your return item, we'll refund you the full amount, and you'll have your new order en-route to you!

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Our happiness guarantee policy covers any faults in workmanship or material within 12 months of purchase. 

This warranty does not cover leather damage that is a result of accident, neglect, normal wear-and-tear or other any other factors not related to defects in materials or workmanship.

1-YEAR QUALITY WARRANTY POLICY

After one year if any hardware or functionality of your product breaks, send us a note at customerhappiness@mandrn.com and we'll make it better! 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

It may take some time before your refund is processed by your institution and posted to your account. If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we request that you first check all possible payment method accounts once more.

From there, contact your payment card company, followed by your bank. If you’ve completed these steps and have still not received your refund, send an email to customerhappiness@mandrn.com and we’ll look into it.
